Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS: $25 NON REFUNDABLE. Deposits are required at the time of booking. This will go towards your appointment. Cash/Zelle only for remaining of balance.
RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is only valid up to a week, after initial appointment. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment.
TARDINESS: You'll have a 20 minute grace period, as will I. A late fee of $20 will be added to your remaining balance if you you go pass the 20 minute mark. This goes for both parties.
IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS PLEASE BE SURE TO SPEAK UP BEFORE LEAVING YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO REFUNDS ON HAIR SERVICES.
